Dr Calthorpe treated me with respect and gained my trust with a layman's version of treatment that I would/could undergo and made it clear what choices we open to me. She has an excellent manner and after a 30 minute consultation she had gained my confidence. Everything that would happen to me was explained in great detail which made it much easier for me and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The entire team were brilliant, including on the ward nursing staff. Following my operation on 22nd June 2016 at Russell's Hall HospitaI, Dudley I have experienced no ill or after effects.
