I've only spoken to Dr Bignell on the phone, however, she's very pleasant and easy to deal with.
One of the things I really like about her is that she's not scared to defer to me, I have a number of complex conditions that I have to treat myself and she always asks me what works best.
I'm always very pleased if I know that she's the doctor on duty because she always resolves issues and is ruthlessly efficient.
