Stay away! No empathy but more worryingly, entered clearly incorrect information, used it for harmful referrals without consent. Took me months and SARs to discover what had happened.

Dr Bignell was wonderful. She put me totally at ease and was unbelievably great during my procedure.
So reassuring, thank you for making a nervous time ridiculously straight-forward.

I've only spoken to Dr Bignell on the phone, however, she's very pleasant and easy to deal with.
One of the things I really like about her is that she's not scared to defer to me, I have a number of complex conditions that I have to treat myself and she always asks me what works best.
I'm always very pleased if I know that she's the doctor on duty because she always resolves issues and is ruthlessly efficient.
