Listened to my chest through my coat wasn't intrested in my health 1 bit so came home was really poorly through the night so my wife phoned the surgery back the next day and it took them some time to convince me to go back and see the nurse which was very good at her job was shocked to hear about my experience to which I will not be seeing this doctor in the future
