Took my daughter for a out of hours appoint this Sunday am and was promptly seen by Dr Yeats, although not from my surgery and have never used the out of hours previously didn't know what to expect.
Dr Yeats was firstly on time! He was very thorough,reassuring and took the time with my daughter (just a ear infection) gave me lots of really helpful advice and came across as very genuine and seemed especially good with children (and anxious parents)
