Arrived early and seen early due to previous patient not attending. Was put completely at ease regarding sensitive problem. More than satisfied with way treated,as always.

excellent people skills, I felt unrushed, listened to and cared for. Dr Sharvill also ensured I understood what he was explaining to me and what was required of me.

Balmoral surgery staff always give great service and I could not wish for a better doctor than Dr. N.J.Sharvill. He is always the ultimate professional who listens and acts immediately on mine and my wife's concerns. We are so lucky to be in an area where appointments are arranged on the day of our early morning telephone calls and long may it continue.
