I am a specialty trainee in haematology working in the Thames Valley deanery. I completed medical school in Oxford and then moved to the the North West (Preston and Manchester) to work as a junior doctor. After finishing my early medical training in Manchester, I returned to Oxford to train in clinical and laboratory haematology. I would like your feedback to help me identify what I do well and where I can improve.
