Extremely disappointed. Clinic letter containing sensitive medical info not sent securely. Unresponsive secretary, with voicemails and emails not being returned until I threatened official complaint. Did not receive the follow up I was promised. Wasted four months chasing and waiting before giving up. Felt my health and resulting quality of life was treated with casual contempt.
