Niall Steel was recommended by his peers at the same hospital for his skill in hip surgery. I have a number of complications including being a polio survivor. I had an extremely inflamed and almost totally destroyed hip. Other operations prevented my having the op. any sooner, but when I saw him for the first consultation, I knew he had great integrity by his lack of pomposity, his great humility and ability to listen. The op. was an outstanding success
