Doctor Vallayil is an absolutely outstanding individual & professional. He is genuinely one of the kindest & supportive Doctors you could ever meet. Doctor Vallayil took the time to listen to my symptoms & frustrations experienced. He made various recommendations & made essential referrals when needed. In addition, he followed through to check on my position on waiting lists, to ensure that I was not forgotten. Although, I have no aspirations (patience or intelligence) to pursue a career in the medical sector, I have the utmost admiration & respect for Doctor Vallayil, as he genuinely extends himself beyond the call of duty!! This doctor is extremely patient and thorough with expertise. Very well liked by the locals. North Finchley Community practice . He is clearly a asset to The Torrington Practice and truly appreciated for his work in all areas of specialism. Great personality with strong duty of care with diligence and professionalism. My favourite doctor where care and approach is it at its highest level. I remember the year 2018 where my father passed away was extremely stressful & suffering loss was painful thank you to you doctor and the entire Torrington reception team led by Vanessa and the lovely practice Manager and incredible nursing care. I thank you all for help, with accommodating me with your strong support throughout the years of joining the practice. Hopefully we all continue having amazing & astounding service after this Pandemic is released. I am so fortunate and feel blessed with the care and attention I receive .
