Since coming to live in Marden last June I have received excellent service from the Marden Medical Centre. Everyone in the centre from receptionists to doctors are very helpful and understanding.

Very friendly and professional. I feel that he operates above and beyond expectations. He is willing to make telephone consultations, and also follows those up, if required, without the patient having to chase information or advice. I have a long term significant blood condition (not listed in your survey). He and his colleagues are very accommodating to ensure my needs are met.

They all always listen and give you however long it takes.The atmosphere at the centre is always welcoming.

The Marden Medical Centre is a first class establishment from receptionists to Doctors. The staff are very friendly, exceedingly helpful & extremely professional. Dr Potter takes time to listen & is exceptionally caring.

I have been a patient at this practice for 14 years during that time I have had to visit many times for ongoing treatments to ongoing conditions. I cannot fault the treatment and care demonstrated by Dr Potter and his colleagues. Always manage to get appointment at short notice.

Friendly efficient service

My health is reviewed every six months and because I'm on Warfarin my INR is taken regularly and it's very helpful to have this carried out at the surgery. I'm always able to get an appointment when I need one and don't usually have to wait much beyond the appointed time. If I'm not able to see Dr Potter, which is rare, I'm always offered an appointment with one of the other doctors and experience the same level of care and interest.

My husband and I are totally satisfied and very appreciative of all the help and support we get from Marden Medical Centre from all the staff.

Very easy to talk to, has sense of humour and is very caring. Gets to the heart of the problem. Completely satisfied with him as designated Doctor. Although Doctors are being given less and less time to spend with their Patients, he doesn't make it feel that he is rushing you. I have been with this Practice since I moved here in 1973 and have only experienced it get better and better. I do have fears when the Village housing expands!
