Dr Jaitly is a wonderful doctor who is compassionate and cares as well as being clinically excellent. Always prefer to see her if I can and so do my children.

Dr Jaitly is a lovely caring GP. She is always patient and actually listens to what you are saying. I always feel at ease with her. I will always try and book an appointment with her as she feels like a friend. She always goes that extra mile. She is always patient and understanding with my Dad who is also a patient of hers even though he sometimes thinks he is her only patient!! I think she is an excellent GP and we are lucky to have her in our surgery. Reception staff are also very helpful and will always give you a same day appointment if urgent.

Dr Jaitly was a very pleasant surprise to my husband and I and she treated him following an accident in snow and ice. She offered immediate follow up treatment at the hospital, and prescription, and really listened to my husband. She was friendly and did not rush him, and we both felt very confident in her diagnosis and follow up treatment. She arranged physiotherapy urgently, and I am sure that her actions at the initial visit really helped his recovery. He actually said to me when we came out of the surgery "what a very nice woman". This is praise indeed when my husband is talking about a doctor! My only complaint would be that because she is so popular, it can take a while to obtain an appointment with Dr Jaitly, but her popularity is no surprise to us. Highly recommended for her empathy, patience and follow through of treatment plan.
