She seems to have gaps in her professional conduct. She does not read her notes in preparation for an appointment. She conducts herself asymetrically when dealing with a patient and family - very top down, maintaining a power imbalance. She makes inaccurate judgements without firsthand experience. She tries to upsell and promote the services of colleagues to patients without first informing them of the contents and benefits, thus denying them the right to make an informed decision, free of the influence of persuasion. She is patronising and makes assumptions about patients without empowering them and asking for their interpretations of what events mean to them instead of pressing her own inaccurate interpretations. In this respect she infringes on their rights. She appears undertrained and inexperienced and wants to push her own treatment agenda and opinions without checking what the patient and family want or what is suitable and appropriate in the circumstances.
