Rude, dismissive and unprofessional. As an older patient I found him not wanting to listen to what I had to say. He told I had only 10 minutes and would need to make a further appointment if I wanted to discuss further. I had several worries about a suspected heart condition and he was not prepared to listen. When asked if I was diabetic his answer was, " We will tell you that when you need to know".
