Dr NM relaxes his patient, then listens patiently without interrupting, such instilling a good relationship and trust. If there is a procedure to take place he will explain just enough to put the patient at ease. He gives his patient the feeling that he or she matters and that one is taken seriously which is so important for the patient. One gets the feeling one is in good hands and he will do what is best for the patient.

DR Mudalagiri is a very confident and helpful Doctor. We trust him and felt at ease in a difficult time and his words helped us. We are grateful for this from any consultant, but especially from a Doctor we are seeing. We would highly recommend anyone to see Dr Mudalagiri as his experience shows along with his nature. He explains things in simple terms so we understand what he is doing and talking about. He also explains what he is doing and why he wants to try what he is trying.

My husband was referred to Kims for a procedure to diagnose some issues he was having. Naveen Mudalagiri completed this and we found him to be extremely professional very warm and explained the outcome of the procedure in a balanced and informative way. It allowed my husband to move forward and resolve the issues. Would highly recommend this Doctor.

Dr Mudalagiri asked me questions about my problem, explained what was the matter in layman's terms, laid out the alternatives with his preferred option as a specialist. He is very friendly and speaks exceptionally good English, better than I, which is useful when dealing with important issues when you want clarity to understand what you are being told. I had the Cardio version procedure which was explained to me the process and risks involved and was carried out by Dr Mudalagiri in a very prompt and professional manner. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his team. Sadly the procedure, although initially successful , did not take so have had a further review with him and again a clear explanation was given of what had happened and what the next alternatives are and he is passing me to another specialist for a different procedure which he doesn't do unfortunately.

I went with my mother on 26th February 2019, for a follow up appointment with Dr N Mudalagiri. I felt he explained things very well, and listened to Mum and Myself, and talked through all options with her. We both felt we were not rushed, and Mum was able to come to a decision that was right for her.
