Gone out of her way to help. Only one person that know my mum's condition and understands that bloods domt always always give you what you expect. This has been my mum's continuing battle. Even when met with a black output was told could not be haemolysis and that sample must be coke. Natasha everytime stood by her and just knew that my mum had no reason to say anything but what was really happening to her. She still struggles today with no end in site , lost her job and payment protection plan because people could not be straight and realise that this is what it is and treat accordingly. My mum struggles in winter like now when it's cold and she will turn to ice and struggle to breath. She has a hard time eating and frequently chokes. Slurs sometime especially more when tired. Her fingers and toes curl and get stuck and so can she. She is like a completely different person now. Life has changed , her personality has changed. She is fed up of appointments and doesn't want to athem anymore as nothing ever moves forward but she is so grateful to this one lady as she always no matter what has her back. Always forever supporting. Knowing she's in this hospital and knows Mum's history is all we care about. Without her I do not think we would still have her today. My mum has had these issues since she was little in school and it was noted by teachers and other members of staff ,she recently had an app at Queens where they tried to say that the results were skewed which was not right biographical. There's no need for people to be acting this way and to suggest your personal opiniomm The system is just all wrong. Let's have more Natashas on the team. She does not miss anything. She realised that APs/co mob exists or manifest in different ways and thinking outside the box is far greater for patient. She looks at treating symptoms and thus prevents major health issues. Nhs has a really good Doctor here .

Dr Wiles is one of these doctors that really cares about patients. Her clinic may regularly overrun but it is because you know she is taking the right amount of time with each family and makes sure all questions are answered. My father passed away from lymphoma and I am really grateful that we felt at every point that the right decisions for us, with us, and for our circumstances were made.
