Since my GP retired I was put on the list of various Drs..the1st one was made a partner and appts decreased then dr had to go on Maternity leave .while she was away I was allocated drs but chose to stay with Dr Garlik but he too retired I was never able to have a consistent gp .times change I get it, however I was finding it & harder to connect until DR Natasha Smeaton came into my life..finally I was communicating with someone who listened and seemed to genuinely have time for me..I think continuity is very important esp.re:- health and I was finally getting this from Dr Smeaton I knew she would call back and during the callback made me feel.that I was all that mattered at that time. In the time Dr Smeaton was my GP she made me feel good about the future..even with Covid 19 causing all the extra problems she was still 'my Doctor' it was refreshing my first doctor was my gp for 30yrs plus and I always knew where I stood with her.... On anote Dr Smeaton was also a partner in the practice but somehow was always able to be a great Doctor and human being. She left our practice in June and no one could have been more saddened by that news than me She will be a great asset to her New Practice and I will.miss her more than I can express in words Have a great future Natasha you deserve and have earned it THANK YOU for your time and patience...
