I have known Dr Ray for many years. Her kindness, understanding, support and knowledge is inspiring and I truly feel in safe hands while she is looking after me and my family. Dr Ray goes above and beyond to understand the bigger picture and help in any way she can. A credit to the NHS. She's brilliant. Thank you Dr Ray.

I have seen Dr Ray a lot over the past six weeks after my return from hospital from a serious illness. I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care I have received from her. She is assiduous, quick to get back to me about test results and the like, and makes pragmatic decisions for my care, well-being and recovery that I feel involved with. She is also super friendly and approachable. My heartfelt thanks to Dr Ray for her help in my recovery.

Dr Ray is very personable, caring and thorough in her professional capacity. Dr Ray listened to my list of symptoms and even though they were not the normal symptoms presented said she would like to air on the side of caution and gave me medication and arranged for tests. Thank goodness she did as I may have suffered from a life changing condition if not dealt with so urgently. Dr Ray followed up my treatment with genuine compassion and understanding in both how it affected me physically and mentally and arranged sick certificates accordingly. I cannot recommend Dr Ray enough and feel that I am not just a patient but a person!

Dr Ray, has been looking after my parents for 10 years or more. They are now in their late 80's early 90's. Rarely do we walk in with one issue these days but she patiently goes through our 'list of issues' listening to them and she is very proactive & thorough in any necessary treatments. Simply can't recommend her highly enough, when you see her in Surgrey or on a telephone consultation you have her full attention. We are lucky to have her in our local Surgrey.
