Dr Ray is a very kind person and has seen our family through various illnesses and conditions and found solutions. She is very approachable, knowledgeable, listens and is very thorough in her analysis / assessment. It is clear that Dr Ray really cares and we are so grateful to have her as our family doctor. It makes a huge difference.

I'm fortunate that Dr Ray has been my doctor was some years. She is the best doctor I've had. She is down to earth, she listens and talks to me on as an equal and I believe she cares for my health and wants to give me the best care she can. Over the years she has supported and listened to me and given me great medical care and advice. Recently she went above and beyond, helping me with a problem when I was away from home pursuing a physical challenge. She understood how much I needed her help in a very short timescale and couldn't have done more to help me. I have only great things to say about her and I wish more doctors were like her.

Dr Ray was sympathetic, kind, friendly and made me feel like I was the only patient she had seen today. She listened to me and dealt with my medical problems. I was very happy seeing her and would like to see her next time I need to visit the surgery.

I have been seeing Dr Ray about an issue with my hand over the last few years. She has been so understanding and has put me in touch with excellent physios and made sure I’ve had relevant x rays and treatment etc. Dr Ray is a great doctor who makes sure she has stayed in touch with me and kept up to date with how I am feeling. She always seems so happy and nothing ever seems a problem for her. I am very fortunate to have such a nice lady as my doctor. Thank you Dr Ray

I always feel at ease once I’ve seen Dr Natasha Ray. She’s such a happy kind Dr. She talks to you like a human, she’s sympathetic and shows compassion. Whenever I go to see Dr Ray, she will always ask how my husband and daughter are using their first names. Makes you feel that she knows you as a family. I think I would consider changing Doctors if she wasn’t there.
