I felt the Dr did not listen to what I was telling her. I came away feeling non the wiser! Very disappointed!

Dr Jesshop was great on my last visit. She asked me appropriate questions and I felt really listened to my answers. She demonstrated empathy and was clear in her explanation of next steps for my treatment.
