Dr Natalie Hawkrigg has demonstrated to me this past 2 weeks that she is an extremely caring doctor.
She correctly diagnosed my condition and gave clear direction to my wife as to how administer the treatment.
I did as I was told which isn’t always the case but to see how pleased Natalie was when she saw the improvement today was an illustration that it mattered to her just as much as it did to my wife and I.
Thank you Doctor Hawkrigg; you have made a difference - you are a credit to your profession with Caldbeck Surgery and my fellow patients being the beneficiaries.
There is absolutely no substitute for experience
