Dr Natalie was so friendly and listened with sincerity. They made me feel completely comfortable. I felt well-informed on the benefits and risks, and trusted his judgement completely. i felt in safe hands and very lucky to have received such quick, expert care. She is the utmost professional in every aspect, dedicated, and always puts the patient's best interest first. I was very lucky to see such Dr with so much of experience but still so humble and caring.

Dr Direkze provided the most care, understanding and investigation I've ever had over a decade of complicated and uncertain gut issues. I came to her after initially seeing a male private doctor who explained my issues were because I am female, and said while he could test me, he didn't believe there was anything wrong with me. Because of this, I didn't investigate again for some time feeling that it must be in my head. Months later after another abnormal blood test, the NHS offered an ultrasound in two months time. If I had just gone along with that, I would have had a clear ultrasound and no more testing. I went to Dr Direkze to speed things up but she also tested for all other possibilities, making finds that would have gone unchecked otherwise and that wouldn't have come up in an ultrasound. As well as being great at her job, she is friendly and puts you completely at ease. Most importantly, I felt listened to, taken seriously and that she cared.

It is daunting to pick a doctor from 3 pages of specialists but I chose Dr Direkze and I couldn't have made a better choice. Was easy to make an appointment. A week later I had completely painless Endoscopy at One Welbeck. Went back for the results of the biopsies and all in all a very good experience. I highly recommend.

I was seen by Dr Direkze for bowel and abdominal symptoms which were causing me discomfort and anxiety. At my consultation, she took the time to listen carefully to everything I said and I felt immediately reassured by her thorough approach and calm, empathic manner. The consultation was followed one week later with a gastroscopy and colonoscopy conducted by Dr Direkze. On the day, she and her team made me feel very comfortable and calm and the procedures left me with no ill-effects. Dr Direkze was able to follow up on my biosy results one week later and took the time to explain these carefully. She seemed happy to answer numerous questions which I had about the results of the investigation and was able to offer very useful and practical advice going forward. I could not have asked for better care and would absolutely recommend Dr Direkze to others.
