I was seen by Dr Direkze for bowel and abdominal symptoms which were causing me discomfort and anxiety. At my consultation, she took the time to listen carefully to everything I said and I felt immediately reassured by her thorough approach and calm, empathic manner. The consultation was followed one week later with a gastroscopy and colonoscopy conducted by Dr Direkze. On the day, she and her team made me feel very comfortable and calm and the procedures left me with no ill-effects. Dr Direkze was able to follow up on my biosy results one week later and took the time to explain these carefully. She seemed happy to answer numerous questions which I had about the results of the investigation and was able to offer very useful and practical advice going forward. I could not have asked for better care and would absolutely recommend Dr Direkze to others.

I see Dr Direkze for my Crohn's disease. She has always been very considerate, she listens to my concerns about the illness, which has improved considerably under her care. As I have other physical issues, Dr Direkze liaise very well with the other departments.

I saw Dr Natalia at one wellbeck for sudden onset digestive issues. The cause was undetermined but we thought post viral ibs but then I was found to have h Plyroi. The treatment of the h pylori unfortunately made me worse but Dr Natalia was excellent at treating all of this as I was very emotional disturbed by the whole process with the amount of weight I lost and pain I was in. I would highly recommend her, she spent so much time with me and never made me feel like I was a burden and left no stone unturned with reasonable targeted tests to assure me that I would get better and wasn’t anything serious . Now I am nearly recovered after 6 months.

Dr Direkze and her whole team were amazing I was really frightened before I had my colonoscopy but she was kind, gentle and very reassuring and if ever I had to have another one I would be back to her I had heard some awful stories before I went but I can honestly say I had no pain and I would have the procedure again without any fear of pain I would like to say a huge thank you to Dr Direkze

Dr Direkze was very attentive and respective, having listened to the nature of my comp she quickly recommended several tests, including endoscopy, she was the one doing the endoscopy too which went very smoothly and a lot less scary than I anticipated, mostly because of the way she dealt with it. Dr Direkze then gave me recommendations which made everything I was complaining about go away completely. I could not be happier.
