My wife was seen in January 2014, with curable lung cancer, Dr Cummings lied to us over waiting times, procedures, and failed to chase up urgent reports subsequently my wife went from surgically curable, to curable with chemo and radiotherapy, to the crematorium. Dr Cummings has refused to release needed inter agency and departmental communications. Referring to legal services who referred back to her who referred back to legal services. Other reports contradict the availability of test results. NICE guidelines and NHS constitution pledges were thrown in the bin instead of 30 days for definitive treatment was not provided until 119 days and was palliative care at another hospital. She died little over a year since being diagnosed as curable. As Clinical lead Dr Cummings had a duty of care and a duty to ensure everything that could be done to save her was done.
