I had an awful experience with this consultant, and I strongly advise anyone scheduled to see her to reconsider, for their own physical and mental health. Despite traveling from another city, she missed multiple appointments. Shockingly, my new doctor quickly identified several oversights in her tests within just five minutes.

My consultation with Dr Zarate-Lopez was excellent; exactly what I had hoped for. She was friendly, empathetic and took time to explain her views of my condition. I had numerous questions, and she took the time to answer all of them. She provided a clear plan on what to do next, and I have complete confidence in her. Extremely thorough and the most efficient practitioner I have ever come across. I am amazed at how quickly, literally within a couple of hours, that she feeds back on test and scan results. Her advice is very precise and reflects a high level of confidence, experience and wisdom in her field. I am so glad that I am in her care and been referred to her by my gynaecologist. Her medical secretary, Ivana reflects the same qualities as Dr Natalia.
