This gentleman appeared not to be in the least bit interested in listening to my symptoms. He gave the impression that he had formed an opinion irrespective of what I tried to explain. He made me feel like a hypochondriac and because of such I have decided not to return for a four weekly review. He failed to examine a leg ulcer claiming there were no dressings available. This has now progressed to a chronic condition which requires a twice weekly visit to a clinic.. However the nurse who carried out my pre-assessment could not have been kinder, more respectful or professional
