Dr Mustafa Feroze provided the best possible treatment for me .He listened to my circumstances and symptoms and acted swiftly to ensure I received swift appropriate treatment and procedures .These actions worked and I’m pleased and grateful to say my condition is much improved .I am more than satisfied .Thank you Dr Feroze and team

This doctor could do more to listen to patients and their problems, however, he does not. Had 3 letters got me mixed up with another patient do as I say you must comply he isn’t a police officer he’s a dr his letters he dictates & his secretary Types are utterly ridiculous and worthless to gp patient creates more work correcting the wrong information utterly aghast what I had read.

I certainly wouldn’t recommend mustafa Feroze . I found him unapproachable, condescending and entirely unsympathetic to my worries and concerns

Utterly dreadful attitude and more Importantly sub standard consultation poor information capturing says one thing does another agreed something without my consent then on asking for a alternative as agreed with other drs he over rides everything and it’s his way or no Way refused to call me back as too busy poor attitude Mis leading communication and put incorrect info in letter. Not thorough at all rushed

My mom waited 7 months for a appointment I had questions concerns she had a tele Call 2 hrs early she was at work unable To ask questions the questions being asked She couldn’t really answer - yes my mom Should have insisted a call back at correct time. I ended up getting some garbled message from My mom who has hearing issues and a Baha I dread to think what she was answering to questions. GP was concerned all in all I have more questions now than Before and the call lasted 2 mins ? No Explanation to radiographers comments on report nor abnormal Bloods. This is why telephone consults don’t particularly work well in these instances. I’ve had to call email in. Mixed messages was all Rushed. Not happy with my mom she should of asked For call back Nor him. My mom Is 75 this appointment didn’t get any proper facts off her or true situation. Will Consult gp about another opinion it’s created extra work all round now.
