I would like to commend the treatment received by not only Dr Hayat but the entire team involved in my recent colonoscopy. From the initial appointment system, to the pre-operative assessment, the procedure itself and then after-care programme the approach and support of all staff was both professional and reassuring. The actual procedure was surprisingly comfortable, which must indicate the expertise of Dr Hayat.
The only suggestion I can make on how to improve an already excellent service relates to the post-procedure report. I would have appreciated having the opportunity to sit down with Dr Hayat after the procedure to discuss any questions I may have had about the report.
