Dr Hayat was very caring and helpful. He listened to what I had to say and was very reassuring. He has arranged further tests that will hopefully give me some answers. I would recommend him to anyone. He also had a health care assistant who was also very pleasant and helpful.

Had an appointment with Dr Hayat in his clinic after having various tests and scans to discuss my diagnosis, first time I have met him, He explained everything to me and I also found him to be very helpfull when asking some questions etc. He was very professional . easy to talk to. This is a good dept never has to wait long and also find all the staff very good !

I would like to commend the treatment received by not only Dr Hayat but the entire team involved in my recent colonoscopy. From the initial appointment system, to the pre-operative assessment, the procedure itself and then after-care programme the approach and support of all staff was both professional and reassuring. The actual procedure was surprisingly comfortable, which must indicate the expertise of Dr Hayat. The only suggestion I can make on how to improve an already excellent service relates to the post-procedure report. I would have appreciated having the opportunity to sit down with Dr Hayat after the procedure to discuss any questions I may have had about the report.
