Excellent experience, was great with my 10 Year old daughter - he put her and us at ease very quickly and was very thorough and made the explanations very easy to understand.

Dr Ottayil is a very nice doctor - he was very good with my 12 year old daughter. At times she found him difficult to understand and I explained to her that she should of asked him to repeat the question but he was very helpful and has put her mind at rest about the headaches she was suffering from. She had a MRI and he went through each of the scans with her and explained the different parts of the brain and what they do.

We found Dr Ottayil provided a comprehensive consultation. As this appointment was for my 9 year old son he took the time initially to get to know him, put him at ease and check his understanding of why he was there. This really helped my son relax and therefore helped Dr Ottayil experience his symptoms. Whist there was lots to take in I was reassured that everything would follow in writing - this came two days later along with a fact sheet. It may have been helpful to have written the name of the condition down along with providing the fact sheet there and then. Thank you for your reassurance and helping my Son (simply) understand what his symptoms represent. As a family we have watched the weight lift from our Sons shoulders since this appointment.

We had a very helpful appointment with Dr Ottayil. He was very patient, understanding and was great with our toddler. Left feeling very reassured and happier.

Dr Ottayil is professional, personable and quite simply he’s clearly a passionate Dr. We trust him fully & he’s been amazing with our son all the way through his treatment & we are very grateful for him. All the staff we have ad dealings with have all spoken highly of him. Would highly recommend Dr Ottayil
