The doctor did listen carefully and he did hear me out. He seemed genuinely interested in my condition and in its management. He made constructive suggestions and gave warnings about side-effects of the prescribed drug. He asked if there were any additional issues and when I opened-up he showed the same level of interest and proposed a few alternatives. I probably slightly overran my allotted appointment time but he did not instantly close down the discussion. I was impressed and grateful.

Dr Tariq has surpassed my expectations in dealing with my issues. He is the most empathic doctor I have seen in a long while. I completely trust him. This is because he listens intently to my issues, with care and obvious understanding. He gave me excellent support and advice in dealing with my problem. He has spent a long time on each of my three visits to make sure he understood and was kept informed of my progress. He has given me many different avenues I can explore to help me, and I feel I couldn't be in better hands. Thank you your help, I am so grateful.

I have recently seen Dr Jahangir twice regarding my eczema. He is very polite and friendly and listened to my symptoms. He offered very good advice and has now referred me to a specialist for further treatment. Very satisfied with his service and treatment.

I couldn't be more impressed with Dr Tariq since registering at the Horsham practice. When meeting him for the first time recently I found that he listened and treated me with empathy and understanding. He spent time putting me at ease to the point that i could quickly open up with some real issues. Although time will always be limited and stretched when seeing a GP I never felt hurried or rushed. I felt reassured that things were in hand and following lifestyle advice and a referral to a specialist i came away with confidence. Subsequent visits, concerning the same condition, have resulted in the same atmosphere and as we discussed medication and next steps as a conversation it made me feel the treatment i was receiving from Dr Tariq was considering me as an individual. Very much appreciated.
