any medical procedure can be stressful. Having a scan with Dr Elabassy was certainly not. His manner immediately puts patients at ease. He was both professional and friendly, happy to explain what he was doing and finding, answering questions and including me in watching the screen. If I have to have another x ray procedure, I would certainly ask for Dr Elabassy.

Dr Elabassy is highly professional in his approach. I visited for a follow-up pelvic ultrasound and he listened to my concerns and showed me the screen as he worked - so I could understand what was normal and what would not have been. He also gave me good advice for next steps, so I went away feeling very supported.

Dr Elabassy is a warm and friendly professional who made me feel that I was in very good hands. He treated me with compassion and understood my anxieties. I was referred to radiology to review whether or not the cancer drug Tamoxifen that I am taking, was having a detrimental effect on the lining of my womb. So the context of our meeting was quite stressful but the Doctor recognised this and immediately addressed the reason for my concern, alleviating my worries as quickly as he could. He then moved on to give me a thorough check up and I left confident that I had been seen by an expert.
