You’re generally greeted with “what do you want?” Is totally egotistical, which is probably only GP at the practice and is so overworked that she often neglects to tell you or give you things and then blames you! Is completely ignorant to mental health issues and has even refused to review medication. I’m sure I’d my leg was hanging off when I went it she could treat it well enough I’m not calling her competence as a doctor into question but to really get the benefit of this you need to make sure she likes you and really butter her up to get what you need. When life as a carer is complicated enough I wasn’t prepared to keep running the gauntlet of anxiety when faced with her unapproachable attitude. No bedside manner whatsoever. My advice would be to avoid!

Dr Attalla is a very caring doctor, always explains in a language that the patient can understand instead of giving all medical jargon which they cannot understand and will repeat if the patient is having trouble understanding. The staff are pleasant and helpful do their best to sort out appointments and tests to fit your situation. My husband and myself have been at this surgery for many years and can only say how well we have always been treated. Thank you Dr Attalla and your staff
