I had an appointment with this Dr yesterday regarding an ongoing hormone condition and I can honestly say she is the rudest most condescending person I have ever met. Throughout my 5 minute consultation which she cut short as I pointed out to her that she was not following NHS guidelines, she did not listen to a single word I said to her and did not even look at my blood tests results which confirmed my condition or look at any of my previous history notes. I would strongly recommend that this Dr attends some customer service and listening skills training as it would appear that the power and her own self importance has gone straight to her head and she comes across as not wanting to deal with NHS patients as they are beneath her. I would highly recommend if you have appointment with her that you change it to another Dr who will listen to you and give you the care that you deserve.
