I have never written a review on the surgery or doctors before but felt strongly after seeing Dr Sallahudin earlier today I had to compliment the care and attention I received from him. It was my first appointment with Dr Sallahudin, he was understanding of my problems and took the time to listen. I did not feel rushed or get the impression he wanted to move onto his next patient He is definitely an asset to the surgery and I hope he remains with them.

He totally listened to what I was saying and responded back in a way that made me confident that he had actively listened. His body language also illustrated this. He involved me in all aspects explaining everything both during my appointment in the morning and a telephone conversation late afternoon. All the facts were given concisely without the use of jargon so I was able to make informed choices of what I could do. He explained clearly what he was going to do and at the end of the telephone call I was felt confident that if I do have an issue with the medication that he will help to resolve the problem. Today was not the first time I had seen him - he gave me confidence before so was happy to see him again. The practice tries to advocate continuity of care which for for me, certainly has worked. At one point he was willing to overbook his schedule to see me - I've never had a doctor say that to me before. I would recommend anyone to see him although on the selfish side please don't as I might not get an appointment! A very dedicated doctor - thank you Dr Salahuddin for great care.
