Dr.M El-Rakshy when I came to see you October 7th 2015 you did say that I would have this treatment done with in 6weeks and you also gave me your e-mail address so I could get in touch with you because of all the problems with have had. As I was to have this treatment done the year before I signed the forms with you on 21-1-15 but because there had been so many problems with your secretary which my husband and I did disgust with you at the last appointment 7thOct.2016 and that took a long time to get that appointment to see you so that is why you gave me your e-mail address but unfortunately it was wiped off my computer so now have no way it which I can get in touch with you so I am hoping this will be passed on to you.
