I did have to wait 40 minutes after the appointment time, so was a little irritated when I met Dr Baluch as a new patient to the practice. This evaporated as he actively listened and responded, as if he had the whole day set aside just for me (which he didn't). I presumed the delay was due to him also giving the previous patient his very full attention and interest. I felt he was exceedingly knowledgeable on all the issues I need to raise. Dr Baluch has a very pleasant, realistic, professional manner. Having moved to the area I was a little nervous about seeing a different doctor. I could not be more pleased that I was accepted at the Cavendish Health Centre.

As I had 3 things to discuss we agreed to discuss 2 things at one session followed by another session a week later. In all cases he asked questions, listened and made some recommendations and options for me to consider. Whilst I still have some follows up he had advised he has telephone clinics and we can Skype if necessary in between. Basically I am not anxious and he has put mind as ease until my results are known
