I was concerned I had a U.T.I. , so I booked an appointment to get checked out. I did the urine sample. And was sent home with a promising call in the next 2 days with the information. 2 Days pass, and it's now a Friday. I anxiously booked a last minute appointment to A. Get my results, and B. Perhaps medication. Turns out I did have what I thought, thanks for the call! Then I was prescribed the weirdest prescription. Which the pharmacist noticed; again this is Friday evening. The script said " Do not refill this prescription ". And when I tell you I am immune compromised, I got super sick and was told to wait in the E.R. or wait until the Monday. I had my pharmacist call them and sort it out; but Noone answered until the Tuesday. I miss Dr. ROSSMAN.

This doctor introduced himself to me and took his time - he refrained from typing up his notes when we were talking and looked at me rather than his computer screen. He was thorough and listened to me, taking my concerns seriously. He treated me as an adult with a brain and did not patronise me at all. He saw me at short notice, followed up with tests and called me when he said he would to discuss the results. I would be very happy to see him again.

This doctor was nothing but rude refused to listen to the issues that I was having and did what suited him. Have to deal with someone else because of this
