I was very nervous about having an injection in my knee thought it would be painful Dr Elsayed made me feel very relaxed explained the procedure and with the care also from the lovely polish HCA ( Sorry I didn't catch your name) this became an easy painless experience didn't hurt a bit and was over before I knew it !
