Mr Pellen could not have handled the whole process any better, from initial consultation, to operation, and then follow-up consultation. I was kept fully informed throughout, concerns and questions listened to and answered in an understandable way. My operation was not straightforward, but the outcome was totally successful, and ultimately life changing. Would heartily recommend this consultant.
