Mr Pellen is an outstanding professional! He is kind, friendly, trustworthy and attentive, with very high standards of practise. The care I received during my illness and recovery was astounding to say the least. I felt listened to, understood and validated and a patient, whose life has been changed unbelievably by Mr Pellens skills and experience as a surgeon! From consultation to discharge, I received 5 star care and a surgery that has solved many problems in my life, with fresh start that does not involve pain, suffering and time off work! He has excellent personal skills, a great approach to explanation to ensure I understood what was going to happen and if i was the right thing for me. I can not thank him enough for what he has done and the reassurance gained that I would be in safe hands if ever needed his medical services again in the future. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
