Dr Pellen was very pleasant and instantly put me at ease. He listened to all my concerns and spent time explaining everything. I was most impressed by the whole experience of visiting this Doctor and the clinic at Castle Hill, where all the staff were helpful and friendly.
As said in another review on here, it is generally hard these days to come across a Doctor who genuinely takes the time to treat you as a human being and with respect and understanding so I would highly recommend this Doctor.
