Mr Lunn was 10 minutes late arriving at the building for my appt and then couldn’t work the computer. I had sent extensive notes in advance as advised get his PA and he did not review in advance at all. During my appt he half listened to my issues, picked up on ones he thought he understood and the stuff he didn’t understand he blamed on migraine. He told me most drugs he would recommend he cannot as I’m female, and one recommended to me In his letter I cannot take as I have experience with that drug that affects my heart. Post appointment, his PA ignored all my emails with follow up questions (simple to answer questions regarding who I should see next regarding the diagnosis!) , despite me paying the £345 bill for his poor appointment promptly, I was repeatedly ignored. I was very disappointed in how I was treated; how I was made to feel during the appointment, and the follow up response from Dr Lunn and his PA was unacceptable.
