Dr Koa-Wing was most professional and considerate when meeting with my mother who had been suffering with quite debilitating AF. He took time to fully explain her situation, possible treatments / options and followed up with his colleagues so that treatment was speedily arranged. My mother and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

He explained the procedures to be used and specified the risks and the probability of the risk happening. He gave me confidence in his and his staff's abilities. Most importantly, he gave me the means to contact him if problems occur. He is a most likable Consultant and I do not see how greater care could be delivered.

I saw Dr Koa-Wing today. I found him to have the ability to listen to all my concerns and to answer all my questions honestly. He was able to explain my heart problems in a way that I completely understood. He described to me the possible treatments which might be offered to me and told me that he would discuss my situation with colleagues. Dr Koa-Wing has a very gentle, friendly, manner and he made me feel that he was really interested in my health problems.

Dr M Koa-Wing was my Consultant Cardiologist who recently dealt with my condition. From the first meeting with him I found him to be honest and extremely helpful. He described in clear plain language what my condition entailed and what he intended to do to correct the problem. In graphic details I was put in the picture of every step that he intended to take and what the dangers and problems could be. At all times he gave me confidence and attempted to allay my fears. His professionalism was evident and this also gave me a great deal of confidence. He answered all my questions. He conducted the procedure as he described and the after care from him and his staff was second to none. Thanks to him and his knowledge I have now made a full recovery and I am eternally grateful for all his efforts. An excellent, honest and clever man. Thank you to Dr M Koa-Wing
