He shows great empathy, courtesy and patience (especially to be admired when taking into account that I am in my late eighties!), listening very carefully to my accounts of symptoms and checking that he has got the whole picture. He takes care to explain the details of the treatments he prescribes. I have always benefited from those treatments over the years, and have every confidence in this doctor, one with such proven professional expertise and excellent 'bedside manner' .
