Dr.Frost visited me prior to my Septorhinoplasty operation and talked me through the procedure of his role as the anaesthetist so I felt at ease knowing what was going to happen, he also made my pre-operation nerves much calmer when speaking to me when I got into theatre, talking and asking me about my work and hobbies to take my mind off of what was going on around me whilst making sure I was feeling okay and talking me through what was going on.
