From the first time I saw Doctor Farrell I felt listened to, and cared for. He does exactly what he says he will, and is quick and precise in his assessment of the problem and treatments. He gave me the distinct impression that he was treating me as 'the patient', not as just a symptom. I have great trust in him as a doctor and I don't trust easily.

Dr. Farrel Rushes your Appointment time with you instead of been more helpful & understanding & to Listen about the problem you went to see him about. What a complete waste of Time. No wonder the NHS is in such a mess when they Employ so called Doctors Like Himself.

The doctor was late Not interested in doing his job didn't even read his notes before me going into the room he never sent my prescription to the chemist after saying he did he was meant to change my medication from 2.5mg to 5mg he told he did but he never did

The few times I've seemed Dr Farrel has made me feel very welcome and understanding my needs and he always been offered alternative medication and care for my mental health
