I have been attending Parkside Group Practice for the past 16 years, and have always had excellent treatment from any of the Partners I have seen over the years, however Dr Clementson is a very special G.P., His quickness of thought, yet very compassionate and the wonderful ability to communicate at all levels (not all hospital doctors posses this skill) puts me at ease. He gives time to listen, discuss the treatment along with his rationale for doing so, and follows up. I choose to see him as I feel there is a continuity of care. Over the years I have come to know his dedication to his Patients and to his profession, this is demonstrated by his popularity when one wants to make an appointment with him. One of the reasons that we remain in the area is because we do not want to move from Parkside Group Practice

This Doctor really listens to you and you do not feel rushed as you do sometimes by other Dr's. I feel that I can totally trust his judgment and he makes me feel better. He is a very caring man.

Went with the mother in law (89) more of a check up really. She will only see doctor Clementson and trusts him completely. He gives her the reassurance that she now requires and will take on board what he has to say over anything we tell her, even when it is identical. He has also been my doctor and assisted me in many issues. My only criticism would be the wait for an appointment , for me it is no problem as I will now see any of the doctors available at the practice as they are all excellent. For mum, she only wants Dr Clementson.

Luckily, I need to consult my GP very infrequently. However, with vaguely located but quite severe pain in my abdomen, I saw Dr Clementson just before Christmas. He was basically reassuring but arranged a range of tests. Appointments for these arrived very quickly (one on a Sunday morning), results arrived quickly, and a letter from him to confirm all was well followed these. The pain subsided and has now gone. The vigilant care he provided was superb. I am very grateful. I cannot imagine how this could be improved.
