My family and I have been with this GP practice for more than 14 years, and throughout that time this surgery has always provided an excellent service. Dr Clementson is extremely intelligent, knowledgeable and caring person, and truly outstanding doctor. Dr. Clementson You are the true meaning of what a doctor is supposed to be for the patient. We are truly grateful. We are blessed to have you as our doctor! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

I just wanted to place on record my appreciation of Dr Clementson. I could not have dealt with anyone better than Dr Clementson as both his medical knowledge and knowledge of the patient’s feelings were absolutely excellent. He immediately put me at ease and answered all questions in a good natured yet straightforward fashion which I greatly appreciated. He completely understood my nervousness and his manner throughout the appointment was exactly what I was looking for and I left the surgery feeling greatly relieved and reassured. As I had forgotten to ask a couple of questions, I left a message with reception for Dr Clementson to call me which he kindly did the next morning and he was very helpful and reassuring with his responses. Dr Clementson is a credit to his profession and is an example of exactly why the NHS should be fought for and cherished

Today as I sat awaiting an apt with a recently new doctor,, I caught a glimpse of Dr clementson behind reception looking his very professional self.. I remember his dad in practice .. Dr foot delivering my daughter as a home birth in 1989,,and have always thought that parkside would not be so popular a practice without its strong group of doctors ,,amazing and longstanding care ...and most of all... Understanding and really knowing their patients and needs. ... One of the reasons I choose to stay at my local address is to trust all the continual practicing doctors that have ,, not just learnt from us,, but throughout the years have learnt themselves an excellent "bedside manor" and know how to help us.. , I also wish to express how much Dr Johnson is outstanding too

I Had a very painful knee that was affecting my walking. I rested it for a couple weeks as I wanted it to resolve naturally. When I finally contacted the surgery as it did not improve there were no appointments with Dr Clementson for three weeks. I particularly value his clinical expertise. I wanted advice on the most appropriate medication to treat it as I should not take anti inflammatory medication so I asked for GP Dr Clementson to ring. I was very impressed he rang discussed the issues with me and like an excellent clinician needed to examine me and the issue was resolved. I am aware how precious GP time is but by excellent communication my condition improved.
