For me, there are three qualities important in a GP doctor 1. Make eye contact and take notice. 2. Listen to what I say and understand I may be nervous or worried. 3. Tell me truthfully and openly his/her thoughts on my problem. Dr Bourke fulfils all these. He also has a quiet sense of humour and always seems happy to have helped. What more can I ask?

I am just in awe that a doctor can listen to people like me all day and still respond with total concentration and positive suggestions. Couldn't have been better I also saw the Sister and spoke with Rebecca the receptionist - both very friendly and professional.
