I went with my mother who is elderly with complex issues to see Melanie Irvin-Sellars. Mum was nervous to return for this appointment as she's a smoker and she felt previously she had been dealt with badly because of that.
Her consultation was very informative and it will help me going forward to broach issues of quality of life with my mum. Mum was also very pleased with the consultation and the level of care given.
